The Bloom BMX was founded in 2019 by riders Angie Marino and Beatrice Trang, with the goal of creating a platform dedicated to covering everything in women’s BMX. More than just a news source or brand, The Bloom BMX is also about creating community-focused events and providing opportunities for women to elevate their riding and careers in the sport. The name represents the progress and growth we’ve seen in women’s BMX, and the content you’ll be seeing on The Bloom BMX will be a combination of what you’ve enjoyed all these years from Magnolia BMX and Yeah Zine. Our mission is to support, educate, inspire and empower our community to flourish.

Naoki Gaman – Photographer
Hailing from Japan, Naoki is one of the few female photographers in the industry capturing BMX. In addition to her work with us, she runs 81BMX where she covers the BMX scene in Japan. Known for her incredible work ethic, kindness, and energy, Naoki is deeply passionate about growing the women’s BMX scene in Japan, making her a vital part of our mission.

Tasha Lindemann – Graphic Designer
Tasha brings her creative expertise as a graphic designer and photographer to The Bloom BMX. A longtime collaborator on major projects, Tasha’s innovative designs and shared passion for BMX culture make her an integral part of the team.
