Finding information on the Russian Olympic Committee BMX team hasn’t been super easy, but based on other news sources like Fifteen, and confirmation straight from some of the athletes, this appears to be the official Russian BMX team that will be heading to the Olympics! If you’re wondering why your favorite Russian rider isn’t adorned under their country flag, due to the 2015 doping scandal, Russian athletes competing at the Olympics will have to be neutral due to a ban on using the country’s name. This also includes no Russian flags and not even the anthem at the Olympics should an athlete get the top spot.
