CHAMPIONS SET TO DEFEND THEIR TITLES
As the 2025 season kicks off, all eyes will be on the defending champions looking to hold onto their crowns. Anthony Jeanjean, the 2024 UCI BMX Freestyle Park Men’s overall winner, will aim to stay on top against fierce competition from Rimu Nakamura and Nick Bruce. In the Women’s Park category, Minato Oike, last season’s standout performer, will face strong challenges from Miharu Ozawa and Sasha Pardoe.
In UCI BMX Freestyle Flatland, Yu Katagiri will return to defend his title in the Men’s division after an intense battle in 2024, with Kio Hayakawa and Jean William Prévost looking to dethrone him. On the Women’s side, Nina Suzuki, after a dominant performance last season, will be up against top contenders Ayuna Miyashima and Yui Kiyomune.
More details, including competition schedules and athlete lineups, will be released in the coming months.
