New Zealand mountain biking star Robin Goomes has announced her departure from Kenda Tires Europe. Goomes, who made history in 2024 by winning the first-ever women’s Red Bull Rampage, shared the news on social media, citing industry challenges and a shift in marketing strategy as reasons for the change.
“With the industry challenges and a shift in marketing strategy this season, my time rolling on Kenda tires has come to an end. It’s been a fun ride. Big thanks for all of the support and good times!” Goomes stated.
Kenda Tires responded in the comments, expressing their gratitude: “Thanks Robin, it’s been a pleasure to have you onboard and part of the Family! Stay Rad 🔥”
While this marks the end of their partnership, Goomes’ presence in the mountain biking world remains as strong as ever. Fans will be eager to see what’s next for the Rampage champion in 2025 and beyond.
