A huge congratulations to Nikita Ducarroz, who is the latest athlete to join the Red Bull family. Nikita from personal experience is an exceptional human being, rider, role model, and advocate for mental health. Red Bull could not have chosen an athlete more perfect to represent them. For women’s BMX on the Red Bull team, Swiss BMXer Nikita Ducarroz will be joining Germany’s Lara Lessmann and Colombia’s Lizsurley and Queensaray Villegas.
Nikita on how she’s feeling and how this opportunity came to be:
So stoked to have the honor of being added to the Red Bull family. It’s always been that far off ultimate dream and I can’t even believe it’s happening. After a few years of chatting with them, the pieces finally all came together. I’ll be working with both the USA and the Swiss side as we head towards 2021. I’ve always been such a fan of the brand because of their relationship and partnership with their athletes so I’m super excited to see what we can do. I’m also really pumped to be the 4th female to be added on the freestyle BMX side, the first only having been last year. It’s so cool to see them finally breaking into the women’s side of the sport.
